1. Acceptance
By using Leaex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering contracts, provide accurate information, and maintain account security.
3. Services
Leaex provides software including CRM, appointment scheduling, workflow automation, business management, AI tools, communication tools, marketing automation, analytics, integrations, developer APIs, and partner services. Additional services may be added without notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality, authorized access, and all activities performed using your account. Promptly report any unauthorized access to our support team.
5. Business Responsibilities
Businesses using Leaex agree to maintain accurate customer information, obtain lawful customer consent, follow messaging regulations (including WhatsApp policies), protect customer privacy, and comply with all applicable laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use Leaex unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access or denial-of-service attacks
- Upload malware or distribute harmful content
- Reverse engineer protected systems
- Spam customers or send phishing messages
- Abuse APIs or circumvent rate limits
- Violate intellectual property rights
7. AI Services
AI outputs may be incomplete, contain inaccuracies, and should not replace professional advice. Users must review all outputs before utilizing them for business operations. Leaex is not responsible for decisions made solely using AI-generated content.
8. Communications
Users are responsible for obtaining customer consent, maintaining opt-out mechanisms, following Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies, and complying with local anti-spam regulations.
9. APIs
API access may be limited, rate-restricted, modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. API abuse may result in immediate account termination.
10. Subscription
Some services require paid subscriptions. Failure to pay may result in service suspension, feature limitations, or account termination.
11. Intellectual Property
All Leaex software, branding, documentation, designs, APIs, source code, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Leaex unless otherwise stated.
12. Customer Data & Confidentiality
Businesses retain ownership of their customer information. Leaex receives only the rights necessary to operate and maintain the platform. Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during service usage.
13. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, or force majeure events may affect availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected services during the preceding twelve months.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Leaex against claims arising from illegal activities, customer disputes, regulatory violations, content uploaded by users, unauthorized communications, or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Leaex is legally registered.
